Duties determined by law in the field of laboratory services; To meet the expectations of all its customers and staff in accordance with the relevant Quality Management System of TS EN ISO / IEC 17025.

In line with TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard; To maintain a management system based on competence.

To ensure the effective execution of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system, it is to regularly monitor, review and continuously improve the system.

For continuous improvement; It uses data such as internal and external audits, management review meetings, trainings, and feedback information received from customers.

To implement the quality service concept it offers, with its proven staff, by following scientific and technological developments, and to apply nationally/internationally accepted up-to-date standard methods.
